At the Concentrated Solar Power Association (ACSP) and on behalf of our associated companies, we condemn the arson attack on trucks destined for the construction of the Caman wind farm, owned by the Mainstream Renewable Power company in the Paillaco commune, Los Ríos region.
Renewable energies are a contribution to the decarbonization of our energy matrix and our industry generates jobs that improve the quality of life of hundreds of people, which is why we believe that these acts of violence endanger the installation of our projects.
In order to achieve our goals of producing energy from renewable sources by 2040, it is necessary to create the right conditions for the parks to be installed safely and thus attract more investment to our territory.
We hope that this type of incident will not happen again in our country.
